Working for a title agency myself, I learned the value a good agent provides and the ugly side of being misrepresented by an agent that doesn’t know what their doing. Beyond the knowledge they have years of experience, class and just plain heart. They didn’t stop searching until I found a home. This twosome got the job done! They were high energy, making themselves available when needed, knowledgeable about the area and their profession. For instance they selected only the comps from the surrounding neighborhood which enhanced the asking price (two times higher than their competition). Their attention to details was key, (i.e. an immediate professional video for MLS, a quick realtor tour and open house). Together they moved our house within one month.
